Today, we announced a change in leadership within Bytes. Todd Lewis, President and Owner of Bytes promoted Chris Lind from Chief Operations Officer to Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2024.
We want to communicate with our partners and followers by providing more detail and allowing you to hear it directly from the sources. So, let’s take a moment to answer some questions.
Why the change in leadership? Why now?
(Todd Lewis) “Chris has been an outstanding leader in his role as COO for the past five years. He asked me three years ago to have an opportunity to advance to the CEO role. Since then, I have been working hand-in-hand with Chris to groom him for the position, and the time is right for him to take that role over. As the Company’s president, I will remain involved in the organization, continuing to coach Chris and assist with vision. I believe in Chris’s ability to uphold our outstanding work and drive the business to even greater heights.”
What changes can Partners and the public expect?
(Chris Lind) “As the new CEO, I am committed to maintaining our Company’s strong reputation and high standards. Our partners and the public can expect ongoing excellence in service, investment in cutting-edge technology, and enhanced customer support. We will broaden our partnerships and community engagement. Employee development and a culture of innovation will be top priorities.”
Where would you like to take Bytes heading into the future?
(Chris Lind) “I’m excited about the future of our Company. We have a strong foundation and a tradition of excellence. I am fully dedicated to helping our business grow by improving our services and reaching more customers. Our primary goal is to assist businesses in achieving success while safeguarding them from technical and cybersecurity challenges. Investing in the latest technology and focusing on top-notch security will give our partners peace of mind so they can focus on their strengths, knowing that their IT needs are well managed. Our strong commitment to innovation, reliability, and great service will guide us as we work towards even greater success.”
What closing statements would you like to leave everyone with?

I want to thank Todd Lewis for his hard work and vision, which have brought us to where we are today, and I look forward to working with him as I step into this new role.
